I want to provide some feedback about my recent hotel stay. Overall, it was acceptable, but there are several areas needing improvement: 1. Bathroom Supplies: Items like hand wash, body wash, and shampoo were not regularly checked or refilled. Some were empty, suggesting a lack of routine staff checks to ensure guests have essential amenities. 2. Reception and Check-in: I had to wait a long time at reception during check-in because no staff was present. The check-in process should be quicker and better organized. 3. Food Quality and Service: I ordered a Vada Pav, but the bread was very hard, almost like a stone, making it hard to eat. The staff promised to provide Aloo Paratha in the morning and asked me to call. However, when I called twice in the morning, no one answered. As I was running late for my train, I left without receiving the promised breakfast. I share this feedback hoping management will address these issues to enhance guest experience. Attention to basic room supplies, reception staffing, food quality, and service responsiveness is important. Thank you.
