The hotel is conveniently situated on Katra's main market road. Dinner was prepared well, without being oily or too spicy. However, the breakfast options were limited and the food quality was below average. This upscale, premium hotel lives up to 4-star standards with modern and tasteful interiors. The staff is friendly and warm, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and very clean, including spotless bedroom linens and towels. Bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers instead of small bottles, and room amenities include a fridge, slippers, dental kit, and moisturizer.

Disappointing Room Condition

I stayed at Fortune Park Katra, an ITC managed hotel, and was quite let down considering the brand's reputation. The room had a constant damp and seepage odor throughout our stay, making it difficult to feel comfortable. The walls had visible water stains and patches, with clear seepage marks near the ceiling and corners, and the paint was peeling and discolored in multiple areas. The building overall feels like an older property that ITC has taken over without much renovation effort. Water damage and stains were even visible on the ceiling beams near the skylight, which is unexpected for a hotel under the ITC/Fortune brand. Given the price, the room maintenance does not meet the standards one would expect from this brand. If you're booking because of the ITC name expecting quality, you might want to consider other options in Katra.
