It was a nice stay, room was spacious everything was in working condition AC/TV/Geyser and they provided us few basic amenities like Shower Gel, Soap, Towels, and Water bottel. Even we had a lunch from restaurant and ordered Punjabi Thali that was too good. But avoid having Chinese . In Katra there is too much power cut but we did not feel it because they have power backup.free pick and drop . very Good service Hotel the vaishno devi hill.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Katra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the manager (Mr. Sharma ji ) was extremely courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the Vaishno Devi temple. The food was tasty, and overall the experience was peaceful and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra..

5/5 ’ Excellent Stay & ServiceWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our Vaishno Devi trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The washrooms were well maintained, and we had 24??7 hot water, which was a big plus.The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. A special mention to Anil ji, who manages everything exceptionally well. He takes care of guests like family and provides proper guidance throughout the stay, which made our trip very smooth.They also offer complimentary pick-up and drop service to the helipad or trek starting point, which is very convenient. Cab arrangements for local sightseeing and airport transfers were handled efficiently, even on short notice.The in-house food was also good and hygienic.Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for families visiting Vaishno Devi!

It's an awesome experience to stay at this hotel. Service is good. Hotel is exactly at main market where you can go out find many restaurants at a very short distance. RFID card for vaishno devi is available at walking distance.This hotel also provides drop off at banganga check post free.Staff was cooperative as they gave us early checkin. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was good.I recommend this hotel.The Vaishno Devi Hills
