Hotel Siesta De Goa

No volvería. Está en medio de la nada, necesitas taxi o moto para ir a cualquier lugar. La persona de recepción fue muy antipática y solo interesada en sí misma. Aunque teníamos reservada una habitación deluxe, nos dieron una de muy mala calidad, con muebles rotos y viejos, muy antigua, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y era pequeña. Solo cuando protestamos nos dieron la habitación que aparecía en las fotos, mucho más grande y renovada. El personal de limpieza y los camareros fueron muy buenos, pero la recepción fue muy mala. Las fotos del anuncio deben ser de cuando se inauguró hace años, nada que ver con la realidad. Los manteles de las mesas del comedor estaban sucios con manchas antiguas. La piscina no invitaba a meterse, el agua estaba sucia. Publicidad engañosa. No lo recomiendo. La persona de recepción debería dejar de atender a clientes y dedicarse a otras tareas, tal vez limpieza. Alquilé un scooter con ellos, primero me dieron un precio muy caro, solo cuando dije que iríamos a otro lugar bajaron el precio. Pinchamos una rueda y el mecánico dijo que fue porque las ruedas estaban muy viejas y gastadas. Nos cobraron 600 rupias que podríamos habernos ahorrado si las ruedas estuvieran en buen estado. En resumen, mejor buscar otro lugar.

😡😡😡 The service is really bad. Every week I come to eat, but the service guy takes my order only once. He listens and says yes, but then they don't bring my order. I don't know his name, but he has long hair. Why do I have to face this terrible service every time? I think I've come 10 to 15 times, and he always makes this mistake. I want to ask him why he does this and hope the service improves. The food is good, no complaints about that. I will come again next time to check if the service is better. If it is, I will keep coming; otherwise, I won't come to this hotel anymore.

Food quality sucks as when you say it they explain it as if you're wrong. Order chicken fried rice and half lollipop but was not ready as per timing promised to be pick up kept as well as the lollipop were over cooked which caused slight burnt taste on them , fried rice did not smell like that and was sticky and smell was foul
