’’’’’’Really bad service every week i come to eat the food but the service guy taking my order only one time. then he will listen he say yes also but they will not give me the order i don’t known the name the guy hair is long. Tell me why i face this type of pathetic service every time i think i came 10 to 15 time in your hotel every time he will do this mistake. but why ask to him why u do this nd improve the service nd the food is good no complain againt the food i will go come text time again to see the guy service it is satisfied then i will come from next time otherwise i will not come in this hotel .

Food quality sucks as when you say it they explain it as if you're wrong. Order chicken fried rice and half lollipop but was not ready as per timing promised to be pick up kept as well as the lollipop were over cooked which caused slight burnt taste on them , fried rice did not smell like that and was sticky and smell was foul

Very poor experience. This hotel is located far from the town where you will not find any restaurants in a 1-2km range. Their restaurant prices are high which hardly someone can afford.I had a below average experience here. The fan in my room was not at all working which they didn't even consider to fix it.And there's one bike rental guy nearby, the store name is "Glomar General Store taxi and bike hire" which is HUGE SCAM, Never ever go there. He charges more than ’1000 in south goa per day for a scrap scooter he's having whereas I got new Fascino bikes in North Goa near Baga for just ’400 per day. Many of the guys in North goa offering less than ’500. But this guy named Vency Furtado is a highly greedy guy. So BEWARE.
