THRID CLASS HOTEL OF MY LIFE , OYO 500 RUPEES ROOM BETTER THEN THIS HOTELOR DHARAMSHALA ALSO/ BUT THIS HOTEL IS VERY BAD / NO WATER /NO LED WORKING/NO FLOR MET IN WASHROOM DOOR/, NO TISSUES IN ROOM /ROOM SERVICES IS VERY CHEEAP 330 MINUTES TAKE ON EVERY ORDER/VERY DIRTY ROOMS / BED SHEET TORN NOT FRESH/AND Torn bedsheet/ and they charge when u order 20 rupes cold drink they charge hight thn mrp/ 20 they charge 50 . Very cheat mindset hotel .I book it with breakfast. But breakfast ttyme ask for then thy said we dont have it . Bhut bhut bhut bhut hi ghatiya hotel hai iske rkhna sbse bdi loss hai pese ka .TOTALLY घाटियां SE BHI घटिया HOTEL.
Not bad experience yes some services not properly provided mention in menu. Main issue is room management.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026I have stayed in hotels ranging from 2-star to 5-star properties, and never in my life have I had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities such as drinking water, toilet paper, and towels. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.The service was extremely poor. Despite making requests, no one came to clean the room or even followed up. The hotel also charges extra for a separate mattress on a per-day basis, which was not clearly disclosed before the service was used.One of the most frustrating issues was the lack of access to drinking water between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. According to reception, no water was available because there was nobody working in the kitchen or restaurant during those hours.The hygiene standards were unacceptable. I had to change rooms three times. The first room I was allocated was dirty, with cigarette buds in the bathroom, a strong smoke smell, and a non-functioning air conditioner. I waited over four hours for the air conditioning issue to be resolved. Both the manager and maintenance staff repeatedly claimed it had been fixed when it clearly had not. As a result, I spent more than five hours in an uncomfortably hot room waiting for a solution.What was most disappointing was that management ignored the issues even after they were clearly pointed out. Rather than addressing the problems, they dismissed legitimate concerns and made me feel as though I was being unreasonable.For the amount charged, the level of service and cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Even many budget and 1-star hotels provide better customer service and basic hospitality standards than this property. I would not recommend staying here.
