Extremely unprofessional behavior. It took them a whole week just to send a quotation. I've been requesting the scanner for booking online for the past 4 days with no response. I've never encountered such terrible customer service in the hotel industry. Due to all this, I had to book another hotel. Nidhi was the lady coordinating with me. Please don't waste your time booking at this hotel in the future. Their stomach is full.

Terrible experience. We booked through Agoda and advise not to trust the reviews blindly. The hotel is about 30 km from Udupi, making it very inconvenient. We arrived in Udupi at night with children, but there was no option to cancel, no stay, no refund, and no alternative provided. We ended up losing our money and had to find another place to stay. The location being far from town was never mentioned, and the response from the hotel was poor.
