Hotel denied check-in saying cleartrip's booking wasn't showing in their system. Waited an hour until cleartrip canceled it, then paid directly and got a room. Room was littered with cigarette butts and plastic bottles. After an hour, room service came to clean. Food was good and location was somewhat okay.

Stay location is at good place. Room was clean and hyigine was maintained. Good privacy.All staff was polite. Its my second time stay and whenever I'll go to purnia, I'll stay here.
