This hotel experience was the worst we've ever had. Right from arrival, the staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They demanded extra payment for the room without any clear explanation, which was very upsetting. The room lacked proper ventilation, making it very uncomfortable. The main issue was the air conditioner breaking down during our stay. Even after informing staff multiple times, no action was taken to repair it or offer another room. We endured hours of heat, frustration, and no rest. Management showed no concern and treated us poorly. The hotel has awful service, bad upkeep, and no respect for guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

This was among the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The staff were very rude and disrespectful, showing no willingness to assist guests. They asked for extra payment for the room without any justification, which seemed totally unfair. The room lacked proper ventilation and was uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioner broke down, and the management had no solution or backup plan. Rather than addressing the problem, they ignored our complaints. Terrible service, bad management, and a total waste of money. I would never stay here again or suggest it to anyone.
