Hotel Ten 11

This hotel experience was the worst we've ever had. Right from arrival, the staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They demanded extra payment for the room without any clear explanation, which was very upsetting. The room lacked proper ventilation, making it very uncomfortable. The main issue was the air conditioner breaking down during our stay. Even after informing staff multiple times, no action was taken to repair it or offer another room. We endured hours of heat, frustration, and no rest. Management showed no concern and treated us poorly. The hotel has awful service, bad upkeep, and no respect for guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
