The service is excellent, and the food is delicious.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Kota. The room was large and the amenities were satisfactory. I particularly liked the billiards room, which added to the experience. However, there were some downsides. The hotel lacks valet parking, which was inconvenient. Breakfast choices were limited, and the food quality was poor. Some dishes smelled bad, and the overall taste was not enjoyable. Although the rooms and leisure facilities were nice, the dining experience requires major improvement. Overall, it was an average stay.

Staying at Umed Bhawan Kotah was an amazing experience. The architecture is stunning, and peacocks can be seen and heard throughout the property. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are lovely and very clean. Thanks to Vivek and Shakti for looking after us and being wonderful hosts.

Our stay at this property was the worst experience we've ever had. Arriving at 3:00 AM after a long drive with my wife and infant daughter, we expected a comfortable heritage hotel, but instead faced a nightmare and had to endure terrible conditions overnight. When we arrived, all the lights on the property were completely off, making it very frightening to enter a dark, old estate at night. The place is badly neglected; the rooms are old, dusty, and rundown. To make things worse, the blankets and bed linens were dirty, stained, and smelled bad. When we asked the staff to change the linens, they refused, saying no clean sheets were available. It's unbelievable that a heritage hotel at this level wouldn't have any fresh sheets for a family with a baby. The environment was unlivable and creepy, but since it was so late, we stayed until morning and left after a sleepless night. This hotel is poorly maintained and unhygienic. If you're traveling with family or young kids, avoid this place to protect your safety and peace of mind. Truly disappointing.
