Booked Superior Room, Got a Smaller One

I booked a Superior Room from the hotel’s website after seeing attractive photos that showed a spacious room with a nice outdoor view. However, when I reached the hotel, the room was completely different from what was shown online.The room was very small, had no proper view, and did not match the quality promised. When I raised the issue, the staff said all rooms were already booked and asked me to adjust in another smaller room. This was very disappointing, especially since I had already paid the full amount in advance.Overall, it was a bad experience and felt like a waste of money. I expected much better service and honesty from the hotel.
