I booked a Superior Room from the hotel’s website after seeing attractive photos that showed a spacious room with a nice outdoor view. However, when I reached the hotel, the room was completely different from what was shown online.The room was very small, had no proper view, and did not match the quality promised. When I raised the issue, the staff said all rooms were already booked and asked me to adjust in another smaller room.
