Had a great time, it was fantastic and a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I would recommend it a thousand times. The hospitality was excellent.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026Honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. I booked 6 rooms here for a family stay based on reviews on MMT, but it turned out to be a terrible mistake. 1. The rooms weren't ready at check-in, and they did last-minute cleaning just to hand over the keys. 2. We were given rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, both smelling of cigarette smoke since many bachelors had used them for parties. So, it was clearly not suitable for a family stay, though we managed somehow. 3. Various problems in different rooms - AC not working, no separate AC remote, bathroom lock broken, no coffee or milk sachets. They only changed one room at midnight after 5-7 complaints. 4. Electricity issues as their generator/inverter couldn't handle even lights and fans. 5. Worst of all, no towels were provided. When I called reception, they said they didn't have laundry staff yet and no extra towels since the hotel was fully booked. At checkout, the staff still asked us to give a good review despite all these problems.
