We recently celebrated our Marriage Anniversary at Hotel Royal Park, Indirapuram, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Before finalizing the venue, we explored several hotels in and around Indirapuram and Vasundhara, but Hotel Royal Park stood out because of its excellent location, professional service, and overall hospitality.A special thanks to Mr. Niraj Mishra (Manager), who played a crucial role in making our event a grand success. From our very first meeting, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cooperative. His vast experience in the hospitality industry was evident as he guided us through every aspect of the event planning process, including decorations, selecting an anchor for the function, and numerous other arrangements. His attention to detail and willingness to assist gave us complete confidence throughout the planning stage.We booked 12 rooms for our guests who traveled from different parts of India. Everyone was able to reach the hotel easily using Google Maps, thanks to its fantastic and easily accessible location. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and the service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. We reserved the rooms for two days, and our guests were highly satisfied with their stay.The grand celebration took place on 19th May 2026, and everything was organized beautifully. The food prepared by the Chef was absolutely delicious and matched our expectations perfectly. Every dish was prepared exactly as discussed, and our guests were full of praise for the quality and taste of the food.We are truly grateful to the entire Hotel Royal Park team, including the staff, the Chef, and especially Mr. Niraj Mishra, for their dedication and support in making our special occasion unforgettable. Royal Park Hotel ’ Absolutely PatheticEveryone knows that construction is going on all over Indirapuram, making movement extremely difficult. Instead of showing even basic courtesy or helping other, this hotel chose to lock their back gate, forcing me to walk a long distance unnecessarily.The staff was rude, uncooperative, and completely insensitive. Opening a gate for someone is not a big ask, but the attitude here was shocking. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of civic sense and empathy.Indians are known for their helping nature, but sadly, places like this prove otherwise. No support, no understanding, just arrogance.Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's well known that construction is happening all over Indirapuram, making it very hard to get around. Instead of being helpful or polite, this hotel locked their back gate, making me take a long detour for no reason. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern. Opening a gate for a guest is a small favor, but their attitude was surprising. This behavior reflects a lack of common courtesy and kindness. Indians are generally known to be helpful, but places like this prove otherwise. No assistance, no empathy, just arrogance. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.
