First the hotel didnt had my reservation and on the app of this platform i made the reservation for under *** and the hotel recptionist ask me to pay around *** saying this is the voucher we can fetch and when is showed my booking id and reservation from the app they said we dont have your name on our system. so i took the rate of there hotel only outside the app

The room I had booked was unavailable when I arrived at the hotel. I was asked to pay extra for another available room, and unfortunately, I had to pay the additional amount for both days of my stay. This was very disappointing and not the experience I expected after making a booking in advance.

This hotel did not allowed me to check in and refuse to give rooms and the desk manager asked for extra charges. Totally worst experience dont visit this hotel they are doing scam with the visitors at late night
