Our stay was very disappointing and I would not suggest this hotel. The staff were consistently rude and disrespectful. During checkout, they lacked courtesy and flexibility, speaking to guests arrogantly. The hotel appears much better in pictures than it does in reality. Our room was poorly kept, with peeling paint and a shower fitting that fell apart while we were using it. On top of that, the staff wrongly accused us of taking an extra water bottle and argued over ₹40. While the amount was small, the real issue was about honesty and respect. The owner seems to be absent, and the hotel is mostly run without proper oversight. Overall, my experience was bad and I wouldn't want others to go through the same.

Every interaction felt uncomfortable due to their attitude. At the time of checkout, they showed absolutely no flexibility or courtesy. Instead of speaking politely, they behaved arrogantly and treated guests as if they were doing them a favor by allowing them to stay.The hotel looks much better in the advertisements and online photos than it does in reality. The actual condition of the property is poor, with peeling paint on the walls and maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, while taking a shower, the shower head cover suddenly fell off, showing the lack of proper upkeep.To make matters worse, during checkout, the staff accused us of taking an extra water bottle and demanded additional payment. We had not taken any extra bottle. The amount involved was only 40, but the issue was never about the money—it was about honesty, respect, and self-respect. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the staff argued aggressively.It also appears that the actual owner is rarely present, and the hotel is mostly managed by young staff members without proper supervision or customer-service training.I am sharing this review because I personally faced these problems, and I would not want other travelers to go through the same experience. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel service and rooms are terrible, almost like being in hell. Very poor conditions with no electricity or water, torn towels, dirty bedsheets, and no security for luggage. Theft occurs at the hotel as well. It's best to avoid this place entirely. The worst hotel I've ever encountered.

The experience was terrible; the staff and owner were quite rude. The entire place was unhygienic, with dirty rooms. The lights went off in the middle of the night, and both the AC and fans stopped working. There were lizards in the rooms and bathrooms. It was the worst stay.

होटल आर.एल. पैलेस में मेरा आज का अनुभव अच्छा रहा। स्टाफ बहुत ही विनम्र है और माहौल भी अच्छा है। बाथरूम की सफाई और सुविधाओं में सुधार की जरूरत है। अगर प्रबंधन इस पर ध्यान दे, तो यह जगह और भी बेहतर हो सकती है।
