Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Our stay at Siyaram Kunj Hotel, Ayodhya was very unsatisfactory. Although we were promised a pickup from the barricades due to traveling with children and elderly, no one came, even though the driver was said to be there. One of the rooms had a broken flush, the bed linens were dirty, and there was no water at 4:00 AM and again at 5:00 AM. We had also been assured a late checkout, but the hotel reneged and asked for an excessive fee for just an extra 1–2 hours. Given our experience, I would advise against staying at this hotel.

A great place to stay in Ayodhya with clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, running water, and good cleanliness. The staff is polite, the pillows are soft, and it is within walking distance to the Ram temple.
