Very disappointing experience, especially for senior citizens. I booked this hotel for my parents for 16th and 17th September. I had personally stayed here in December and had a much better experience, which is why I chose this hotel for my parents. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment. I am not complaining about room cleanliness or the basic condition of the room. My main concern is the staff behaviour, lack of responsiveness, and repeated failure to honour commitments. My parents are senior citizens, and the hotel had promised transportation assistance: • They promised a cab at 8 AM to drop my parents at the helicopter pickup location for Vaishno Devi. At the last moment, the cab was cancelled, saying the driver was unavailable. • My parents handed over their room key before leaving so the room could be cleaned while they were away. However, the room was not cleaned during that time. They returned around 11 AM, and only then did the staff come to clean it. • There were also issues with the room key/locking, which was not working properly at times. This is particularly concerning when the guests are elderly. • The next day, the hotel again promised a cab to the railway station. Once again, the cab was initially cancelled. Only after a lot of discussion and repeated requests was transportation finally arranged. • Even basic amenities such as water bottles were not provided in the room. The biggest issue was the repeated pattern of making commitments and then cancelling them or failing to follow through. For senior citizens, reliable transportation and proper assistance are not minor conveniences—they are important. I had a much better experience here in December, which is why I trusted the hotel enough to book it for my parents. Unfortunately, this time the service was far below expectations and a complete disaster compared to my previous stay. I sincerely hope the management looks into the staff's behaviour, communication, and handling of senior-citizen guests.

The room has many services include the room was so clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The food was very delicious. This was the best hotel I've seen. All things are so good. I will give this hotel 5/5. Mr.Tilak Manager. His behaviour was so nice and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Krishna, Katra. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our visit truly relaxing. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.A special thanks to Manager Tilak for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He ensured that every aspect of our stay was smooth and comfortable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The service was prompt, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Hotel Royal Krishna to anyone visiting Katra and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Manthan restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The quality, presentation, and overall ambiance were excellent.What truly made our visit special was the exceptional hospitality.
