Hotel Village Walk

Highly recommended!The location is excellent, the staff is polite, and the food is absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my stay at Village Walk. I’ll definitely prefer this place again next time.

The location of the hotel is good, and the food quality was decent. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful.However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was very small for the price. The reception staff were not welcoming or helpful’we asked for local sightseeing suggestions, but they were reluctant to provide information and instead kept insisting that we use a particular taxi driver, which felt uncomfortable and biased.Before arrival, we were informed over the phone that nearby attractions like Zero Point and Zoji La Pass were open, but in reality, nothing was accessible since last 4-5 days. This misinformation affected our travel planning.Another concern was the unprofessional behavior at the reception, where staff were arguing loudly with each other in front of guests, which created an unpleasant atmosphere.We were initially given a very poor lower-floor room and had to request multiple times before being moved to a higher floor, despite staying for three nights.Overall, while the food and location were good, the service and management need significant improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at Village Walk Hotel, Sonamarg. The views were truly breathtaking, and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Every room offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall charm of the place.My entire family enjoyed the experience thoroughly, especially since we were lucky enough to witness and enjoy the snowfall during our stay. It made the trip even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am truly grateful to Village Walk Sonamarg for such a lovely stay.

I have surely taken a long time to write a review for this hotel. But I will surely review it with all my heart.Let me first talk about hospitality- boy oh boy, they were over and above in terms of hospitality. The warmth in their smiles while welcoming us was truly special.We were a group of 15 people, and we all felt the same. Even the kids were treated with such kindness and care.Now I will come to the location. Amazing and breathtakingly beautiful landscape, not just from the hotel but from the rooms as well.We reached there just as it started to snowfall, and we were completely dumbstruck by the beauty. The hotel is at a little height, so there are beautiful, snow-covered panoramic views all around.The hotel is centrally heated, and the rooms are spic and span, with extremely beautiful views from the room windows. The bathrooms and rooms are warm too. The heating system even dries all our damp clothes.We extended our stay by a day just so we could enjoy it to our hearts’ content.Thank you, Tanveer bhae, for such a wonderful experience.The staff is courteous, the food is awesome.10/10 for each aspect.I wish I could write more. Whenever I am visiting Sonmarg I am definitely going back here, and I would recommend others to give this hotel a try.

I had an amazing experience of staying at Hotel Village walk.Wish we would have stay for one more day.The location, the ambience and the hospitality is just top notch. The ambience and rooms and interiors and entire property is just so premium.Special shoutout to Tanveer bhai for upgrading the rooms eith a beautiful view and even the resturant staff (rizwan bhai and khurshid bhai) for being so humble , polite and with such a wonderful food servings and warmly welcoming which just made our stay extremely beautiful.They even arranged a mini heater for us seperately as it was really cold.The real experience of Mehman Nawazi can be felt here.The view from the room is so mesmerizing can't describe it in words .I would really rate this hotel one of best visits .
