Hotel Virgo Sumeru

I stayed at this hotel on 4 June and made my booking through MakeMyTrip. At the time of booking, I was not aware that a GST bill needed to be requested separately.Today (16 June), I called the hotel and politely requested a GST invoice for my stay. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or properly explaining the process, he simply stated that I would not receive a GST bill and spoke in an unfriendly manner.I understand that there may be hotel policies regarding GST invoices, but customer queries should be handled respectfully and professionally. The disappointing part was not the refusal itself, but the rude behavior and lack of willingness to assist.I would advise future guests to clarify GST invoice requirements in advance and be cautious regarding customer support after the stay.

I stayed at this hotel on June 4th and booked through MakeMyTrip. I didn't realize at the time that I had to request a GST bill separately. On June 16th, I called the hotel and politely asked for a GST invoice for my stay. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was quite rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting or explaining the process clearly, he just said I wouldn't get a GST bill and spoke in an unfriendly way. I get that there might be hotel policies about GST invoices, but customer questions should be handled with respect and professionalism. What was disappointing wasn't just the refusal, but the rude attitude and unwillingness to help. I suggest future guests confirm GST invoice policies beforehand and be cautious about customer service after their stay.

Only stay here if no other options are available in Bhavnagar. The manager and staff act like they own the place, and the food quality is poor.

The best choice for a stopover.

The lift does not operate during the day. The hotel staff rudely said they couldn't assist. My room was on the 4th floor and there was no other lift option. Consider carefully before booking this hotel. The service is terrible.
