Hotel Yorkshire Inn Mount Abu

Hotel, Location ,And cleaness is good, But food is not available .On asking food will arrange from outside.And best thing is No Drinking water is given.I have provided only 02x500 ml water bottles by hotel while I have booked for 04 person room.For another Bottle you have to charged 20 rs for 500ml bottle.I think they as in Rajasthan they consider every one CAMEL.NOT REQUIRED TO WATER.

Best food serviceFood is very delicous and room are very comfortable staff behaviour is also good and excellent stay

The food is really tasty and feels just like home-cooked. The staff is also very polite and well spoken, which makes the overall experience even better.

Avoid booking hotel with Ixigo. They are doing hotel bookings through a third party, Yatra which is complicated. Faced this in my recent travel to Mount Abu wherein the hotel owner (Yorkshire) got message of booking only in the morning of our arrival which as per them was not confirmed. This, despite making reservations several days back. The hotel owner claimed that if they had known they would have called and advised that the room was not suitable for me (3 guests) so that I could have taken a call to review the reservation. As per the hotel, the location is not at walking distance. Also it would be difficult to get an Auto from the hotel especially late in the evening. Good for guests in self driven cars, however the hotel has space for parking 2 cars only. The hotel does not have a fully functional restaurant only basic items for tea and breakfast. The hotel provides tea kettle only in their top tier room, which is strange as all hotels provide the same in deluxe category rooms. So u have no choice but ordering tea from the restaurant. Also the hotel subscribes to a particular restaturant for meals which offers them discount but they do not pass on the same to the guests. The owner Mrs Anjana, who sits at the reception during the day is a little loud, however she is compassionate and is receptive. She agreed to upgrade my room to Deluxe albeit for Rs 1000, for two days. The staff were ok. Rooms were basic, rooms and bathrooms clean but the sofa cum bed was dirty and broken. A budget hotel located in a gully near Global Hospital, suitable for around 2k only per night. The mini deluxe room is really small not suitable for a family with a grown up kid

Location was okay and the rooms were big but the service was horrible. We didnt get any hot water. And the overall service was def not worth the 6k we paid for. And in general the quality was below average.
