This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. I reserved a Superior King Room for one night at ₹4,700. Although the room was large, the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall amenities were very disappointing. The staff said the hotel is about a year old, but it looked much older and poorly cared for. There were very few power outlets and no AC remote; the AC controls were fixed on the wall, so you had to get up to change the temperature. The bathroom was roomy but smelled bad. There was no hot water for showering, which was very frustrating. Only one towel and one set of toiletries were given. Also, there were no blackout curtains, making it hard to nap during the day. Another big problem was the frequent power outages. I stayed one night and had office work to do, but the constant power cuts and Wi-Fi drops made working very difficult. For a hotel charging around ₹4,000 per night, stable electricity, Wi-Fi, hot water, and a usable table should be basic. I also paid an extra ₹200 per hour for late checkout, which made the stay feel even less worth it. The place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There’s no restaurant or room service, which worsened the experience. The hotel is far from Kozhikode city, with no Swiggy or Zomato delivery options. However, a nearby restaurant does delivery if you call them directly, so that’s something. The price is hard to justify since I paid about ₹4,000 for one night without breakfast or hot water. Many hotels at this price include breakfast and better basic facilities. Even in Kozhikode city, you can find better-kept hotels for less with basic amenities. The only plus is the convenient location near the airport. Otherwise, I don’t think the hotel is worth the price. Considering the cleanliness, maintenance, facilities, power cuts, unreliable Wi-Fi, and lack of hot water, ₹4,700 is too high. The staff were polite, but my issues are with the property and its poor upkeep. Personally, I wouldn’t pay more than ₹1,500–₹2,000 here, mainly due to its airport proximity. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend paying ₹4,700 for a stay here.

Rooms are good, tidy, and clean.

The rooms are nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very friendly.
