The stay was comfortable and pleasant overall. The room size was spacious and suitable for a family stay. However, the restaurant service was highly disappointing. It took more than one hour to receive a cup of tea through room service, and the response from the restaurant staff was unsatisfactory.In addition, the food pricing was quite high compared to the quantity served. For example, an egg curry priced at Rs. 90/- was insufficient even for two appams. The poor quality of restaurant service places this hotel on the non-recommendable list despite the comfortable stay experience.
