I recently stayed at this hotel. The rooms were tidy, clean, and well-kept, and the location was easy to reach, making the stay convenient. However, the check-in experience was disappointing because the receptionist on duty was unprofessional. He did not have basic customer service skills and took too long to finish the check-in, causing a lot of inconvenience at the front desk. On the bright side, the staff member who managed my check-out was polite, helpful, and friendly, which made the overall experience better.
