Park Residency

A decent budget hotel with a very good central location, close to the railway station and city areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable, suitable for short stays. Service is average and food options are limited. Parking space is limited, and the bar inside may not suit families.Overall, good for business or short visits if location matters more than luxury.

I recently stayed at this hotel the rooms and bathroom were spacious and neat, the inconvenience I faced is that the hotel and the bar share the same common entrance, which is extremely uncomfortable for families. Anyone entering or leaving the hotel has to pass through bar visitors, including drunk individuals, making the environment unpleasant and insecure.Parking is another major inconvenience. There is only a single parking slot, and vehicles have to be parked one behind another.

I recently stayed at Park Residency, Palayam, Calicut. The room facilities were good, neat, clean, and definitely a value for money option. The washroom was also decent and well maintained.However, despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable cigarette odour inside, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the parking situation. The parking area is extremely limited and very narrow, and since the hotel is located on a busy street, getting a car in and out, especially a full-size SUV was quite difficult.Overall, while the room itself was comfortable, the parking and the smoke smell affected the experience.

I stayed here for 4th time ,this is is a VFM Hotel with all basic facilities except Gym.The staff is helpful,rooms are clean ..Only challenge for me is to find good North Indian food

room is clean. but a little smell in the bathroom , maybe because the ventilation is not that good. they have a huge kitchen. i ordered food and so far didnt get diarrhea. the hotel is reachable via email. but the whatsapp number is not reliable when i asked questions. the price stated in this platform matches the price when paid at the hotel
