Booked directly offline, had the worst experience with the counter staff and manager. The counter staff, especially those handling billing and the BM, were unhelpful and unclear in their communication. Another big problem was that the hotel's check-out time (12 PM) was not displayed anywhere visible. The staff also failed to inform us about the check-out time during our stay. Such basic details should be clearly shown and communicated to guests. Sadly, the way the billing staff and BM managed the situation made things worse. Very poor customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication, transparency, and staff behavior towards guests.

The reception staff gave me the worst experience ever, very disappointing.

An absolute disaster. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever encountered. We reserved 8 rooms at Park Residency Ramanattukara a month ahead for our wedding guests. We even visited the day before, and the staff assured us all 8 rooms were ready after checking their system. However, on the wedding day, we were informed only 4 rooms were available. This serious oversight caused huge last-minute stress and embarrassment in front of our guests. To add insult to injury, the front desk staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional: - Huge delays: it took almost 30 minutes to check into the 4 rooms that were available. - Rude staff: the young female receptionist was extremely disrespectful, treating our guests with suspicion and making them wait in the lobby as if abusing her authority. A hotel should offer peace of mind during important events, but this place only brought us shame and stress. Avoid this hotel completely if you are hosting guests.

We dined at the Grove restaurant here and honestly, it was the worst food I've tasted in Calicut. It's really an insult to the people of Kozhikode. Simple dishes like chicken curry, fish curry, and gobi manchurian were actually off-putting. Honestly, they should shut down this restaurant to protect the reputation of Park Residency and Calicut.
