I have stayed here twice, both times in suites. Located in a residential area, the hotel was built with good intentions, providing comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, neat common spaces, a health-focused food menu, and live music. Unfortunately, the current management seems neglectful of maintenance and upkeep. Every fixture and corner shows signs of neglect, with broken picture frames, faulty electrical outlets, unstable washbasins, worn bathroom floor edges, burn marks on tables and ledges, and more. It feels like they want to profit without investing in proper care. The food is disappointing as well; the complimentary breakfast, which you order, only includes Ragi Idli, Dosa, and Chapathi, the same every day. During my two-night stay, my room was not cleaned or refreshed despite requests. Overall, the property is run quite unprofessionally, but the good rooms and location still make it worth staying.
