I am extremely disappointed with the room and the overall customer service. The experience was absolutely pathetic and far below acceptable standards.The room was arranged very carelessly and was not properly cleaned or maintained. It was untidy, uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. It was obvious that very little attention was given to cleanliness, hygiene, and basic guest comfort.For the amount we paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. We expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room, but instead we were given a room that appeared to have been prepared without any care or attention to detail.I am particularly unhappy with the way our concerns were handled. Customer service should make guests feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.This is a serious complaint, and I expect the management to look into this matter immediately and provide an appropriate explanation and resolution. I strongly urge you to take this feedback seriously and ensure that other guests do not have to go through the same disappointing experience.
