Very bad opinion by me. I money was lost
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. When we arrived, the room had a terrible smell and the cleanliness was extremely poor. It was not in a condition where we felt comfortable staying even for one night. We immediately had to look for another hotel and leave. The pictures on the booking listing are highly misleading compared to the actual room. Very disappointing experience, especially considering we had to spend additional money and time finding another place to stay. I would strongly recommend checking the room carefully before paying or staying here.
I enjoyed my time at Era Zen Heritage stay. I am truly thankful to the staff member Thabsheer for being so helpful.
