My experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, speaking to guests disrespectfully and offering no assistance. The service was lacking, and the room was dirty and poorly maintained. In general, the cleanliness, service, and staff conduct did not meet expectations. I would advise against staying here unless they make significant improvements in staff behavior, cleanliness, and customer service. Please avoid this place.
