Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Its location is ideal, particularly if you want to visit Kainchi Dham and the surrounding sites. The staff were very courteous, supportive, and friendly during our entire visit. The hotel's view was stunning, adding to the overall pleasure of our stay. In general, it was a cozy and delightful experience, and I would certainly suggest this hotel to travelers in the region.

The Treebo support team completely misled us. We were stuck with a 4-month-old baby in this jungle hotel far away from the lake. We had already informed them that we were traveling with a baby and needed a good room with basic facilities, and that the hotel shouldn't be too high up. They assured us it was at a normal height and asked for payment. But when we arrived, the reality was different – the hotel is on the outskirts and at such a high elevation that traveling by two-wheeler is impossible without a professional driver. We got a room on the 3rd floor, which was tiny like a matchbox, with no wardrobe or kettle, costing 2500 rs. The hotel offers no lunch or dinner service. There are no markets or emergency services nearby, which is a big issue with a baby. It's completely isolated. Plus, the Treebo team stopped answering our calls and no one is taking responsibility for this mistake. PS: We canceled our pay-on-arrival booking due to this Treebo scam but still ended up paying.

This is one of the worst hotels in Nainital with very poor service. The rooms are dirty and have a bad smell. There is no convenient way to reach Mall Road and other places. The hotel charges about 500 for a trip to Mall Road, which is only 3.5 kilometers away. During breakfast, there is a lack of food and tea. There are many hairs found in the rooms and on the beds. The experience is very disappointing. There is no phone network, and the Wi-Fi signal does not reach inside the rooms. Do not trust the images they have uploaded for booking. All rooms are quite different and small in size. They require full payment before check-in.

Our stay at Treebo Nainital was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned well, and the washroom was in bad shape. The bedsheets had hair on them, which felt unhygienic and caused itching. The towels were also in poor condition, with one having what looked like blood stains. Considering the price, the cleanliness and quality were unacceptable. The hotel management should ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of rooms, bedsheets, washrooms, and towels before guests arrive. The food was also disappointing. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala for about ₹300, but the taste and quality were below expectations and need improvement. The only good part was the staff, who were polite and quick to fix the room light issue we reported. This was especially disappointing since our previous stay at a Treebo in Dalhousie was excellent. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have had. We hope the management listens to guest feedback and improves cleanliness, room upkeep, and food quality.
