Sterling Nainital

Every staff was great. Truly a good stay over. Manoj Bhist, Abhishek Pradeep, Lalit and Manoj from the restaurant were very helpful in making sure that we had great meal and even looked into my children for their healthy milk.Monalisa, Deepak, Himanshu and Ritesh from the front desk were very professional and full of courtesy.If you want to stay a but away from the traffic and rest well. Sterling is the right option and closeby to all visits you need to when visiting Nainital. Plus Sterling has activity space for children, good parking, spa and good food at their restaurant.

Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Nainital and truly had a very comfortable experience.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The food deserves a special mention’absolutely delicious and totally worth the money!Mr. Pradeep, the person serving food was extremely courteous and served with a smile, always ready to assist and ensure we had a comfortable dining experience.Evenings were made special with a lovely high-tea, and I really appreciated how child-friendly the place is. There’s a dedicated games room for kids, while adults can enjoy fun activities like housie.The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more pleasant.Overall, it was a relaxing, family-friendly, and memorable experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital. ’’?One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Mr. Vishal, a wonderful person at the hotel who had incredible knowledge and insight about the place and Nainital itself. We had a long, engaging conversation, and he explained everything so patiently and thoughtfully. His guidance and warmth truly added a personal touch to our experience and made our stay even more memorable.Also, a heartfelt thanks to Mr. Lakhan and Shankar, the staff members who went out of the way to arrange whatever we needed. The prompt service and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.

A stunning property with great value. Sterling Nainital along with its entire staff offered a great stay during my trip. Their hospitality was top notch.Food very good. Such good dosa in the north, well done!!I tested them with a few curve balls, but they got it all-1. Wife unwell- breakfast sent to room.2. Need taxi- prompt3. Need late checkout- accommodated since it was available.4. Room decoration for anniversary- i did not avail it but was available.Overall a stellar job!About 20 mins away from Nainital mall road, but I guess it suited me better!!Great place for couples and family!

He ensured everything was seamless and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.Kudos as well to Adi, Sandhya, and Ritesh’each of them was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is clearly evident, and they made our stay even more enjoyable.Highly appreciate the efforts of the entire front office team.
