It's near beach but that beach is not kovalam Beach.. please don't get confused.Pros-1. It's near some beach I don't know the nameCons -1. Rooms are very small as compared to cost2. Bad smell of room freshener3. Broken Get spray, broken towel holder4. Didn't provide toothpaste, toothbrush which is provided in other hotels5. Fan button is behind the bed, which I couldn't find out till the time of checkout6. Sofa is very very old7. Windows doesn't have grills, if you open a window you can directly fall down to ground which is very dangerous if you have child with you8. No table

All requests were promptly addressed. Steps away from beach. Restaurant not part of property but few steps away. Near by to all visiting places. Big room. Only downside was very less pressure in shower.

At the edge of the sea in Samudra beach Kovalam, this resort provides nice view of the beach. I'll give 100 out of 100 for the cleanliness. They provide a complementary breakfast. Their own Seagull restaurant is attached to the resort. They provide tasty food. Fresh fish is served when we order. The restaurant has a variety of dishes. Nice place to stay with family and have a relaxing vacation away from the city and work pressure. Very reliable and cooperative staff ’’’’’’

Beautiful Location, Poor Service

We recently stayed at this hotel, booking through MakeMyTrip. While the room was decent, the service fell short of expectations. Upon arrival at 8 pm, we had a guest joining us who wanted to spend some time in the room, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't accommodate this request. Having stayed in numerous hotels across India, this experience was particularly disappointing.The location, however, is a highlight ’ the hotel is just 20 meters from the sea, and the sound of the waves adds to the ambiance. It's a great spot for those who want to be close to the ocean.Despite the beautiful location, the service issues overshadowed our stay. We hope the hotel management will take feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service. For now, potential guests should be aware of these aspects before booking.
