This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The air conditioner in my room was not working, and the staff's behavior was neither professional nor helpful. Because of the AC issue, I had to change my room late at night, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.In addition, breakfast was not ready at the scheduled time, and there was no buffet available as expected. These are basic services that guests should be able to rely on.Based on my experience, I will not stay at this hotel again. I would also advise other travelers to think carefully before booking here, as they may end up wasting both their time and money. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of its service.

Pathetic food, no body is answer able, most important basic item is not availabl, no matter what you offer, they give you what they want, better try indian coffee house beside the hotel.Good for room only never try food, avoid booking for free breakfast too.

Very bad and harassment get from hotel. We check in around 9 pm . Just after enter in room I tell to staff ac not working please change room .. Till 12.30 ac not working and room not changed .they just saying again again room not available sir we try to change. .. bla bla bla .. pillows too much dirtydon't go there u can find very better option.

There was absolutely no parking arrangements, my car was parked outside. Although the hotel is in nice location and it's beautiful inside. I didn't stay there so can't tell about that.

Very disappointing experience. The room quality was very poor and not maintained properly. In the morning, hot water was not available for bathing, which caused inconvenience. The bedrolls were unclean, which is not acceptable for guests. Additionally, there is no proper space for car parking. Overall, the stay was not comfortable and needs serious improvement.
