We hosted my sister’s wedding at Juju Rana Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We booked the entire resort for four days, and everything’from the stay to the service’was perfectly managed.The owners were personally present throughout, ensuring every detail was taken care of, which truly meant a lot. All arrangements, including the spa setup and thoughtful additions like recliners for kids, were very well organized.The scenic views with snow-covered mountains added a magical touch, and the food was top-notch and absolutely delicious.Highly recommend for weddings and special events

The property itself is stunning surrounded by serene mountain views, offering the perfect blend of luxury and peace. Every detail, from the rooms to the ambiance, reflects comfort and elegance.A special mention to the restaurant Wings the food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What truly made our dining experience exceptional was the outstanding service by RAJESH RANA, His hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine warmth elevated every meal. He made sure we felt cared for and comfortable at all times truly top-notch service!Overall, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, indulge, and enjoy the beauty of Dharamshala. Can’t wait to visit again! ’?

Our experience at Jujurana Resort & Spa was extremely disappointing and misleading from start to finish.We were a group of 8 adults and 7 children with a booking from 15th to 18th January, done two months in advance through the GM, Mr. Babloo Kapoor. At no point during the booking were we informed about the massive construction taking place right behind the resort. A 100-room 5-star property is currently under full construction, and our rooms were located right next to the site. The continuous noise, dust, and chaos completely ruined the peaceful resort experience we were expecting. Concealing such crucial information is highly unethical and irresponsible. We felt cheated.During the booking, the GM also created false urgency by claiming rooms were almost sold out and that there were other pending bookings. However, when we arrived, there was not a single other guest in the resort. This clearly reflects fake demand and unprofessional conduct.When we raised our concerns about the disturbance, the GM verbally committed to talk to the builders to stop work. But that didn't happen. Thereafter, we requested for a complementary dinner since we travelled for 6 hours to reach the resort. The GM agreed to provide a complimentary dinner as compensation. Anyhow, the entire night was a complete disturbance full of noise. We therefore decided to cut short our stay at Jujurana Resort. But during checkout the very next day, we were shockingly asked to pay ’7,000 for the complementary dinner, with the GM denying his earlier commitment. On top of this, one of our friends suffered a bad episode of food poisoning after the meal. The conduct of the GM and the way he handled our booking was highly poor.While the resort is located in a beautiful area, the ongoing construction makes it completely unsuitable for a relaxing stay at present. The way the situation was handled by the management left us feeling cheated and taken advantage of. We paid nearly ’30,000 for just one night of discomfort, stress, and disappointment, and ultimately lost a precious day of our vacation.This was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. No traveler deserves such an experience. Until the construction is complete and management practices improve, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

We have stayed here for 4 days and the experience for awesomeeee’’We have stayed tiara hotel in jim corbet firstly and then thought to try dharamshala property.Cool property with outstanding rooms and views.Property also have mini theatre with cozy recliners which we almost used every day.Gaming zones and book shelf is there jn common areaEvery staff is very generous and helping.We felt very good to stay here.Anyone’s who is looking for good food, good staff and calmness in the mountains to chill in a resort please do come here
