Serious privacy and safety issues! The windows in both the bathroom and the bedroom have no curtains or proper coverings, making the room completely visible from outside. This is extremely unsafe and unacceptable for any guest, especially women. The management needs to install blinds or curtainsimmediately.

I am deeply concerned about the bathroom window design at this hotel. The glass used is 'one-way reflective,' which becomes completely transparent from the outside when the bathroom light is on at night. This is a severe compromise of guest privacy and safety, especially for female travelers. I urge the management to address this dangerous oversight immediately by installing proper opaque coverings. Travelers, please be aware and check your room security upon arrival.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Room services have been degraded than previous. It was my 2nd time to stay. Morning breakfast quality and variety has been poor and it's service quality also.Room is ok but tv was not working. After complaining the didn't have taken any action. Bathroom's toilet always in flashing mode. You need to repeat pushing for stopping water flow. Shower is also not working. They didn't supply any tea or coffee at 10 pm while I check in. They didn't accept any request of that. My experience was tremendous at this time. Room rent is ok. That was INR.1600 including AC. I stayed at Room no 203 for one day only.

Poor Quality Event Stay

Extremely poor quality. Not reliable.Recently attended a marriage. Horrible experience.1. Staff people were switching off the AC to save electricity. Buffet was arranged in basement even without proper stairs. Filthy environment without AC. Initially they showed different hall. Later they changed the room.2. Food was bad and lacking taste.There were shortage of every item. Nonveg items were not served, only gravy was given.In final batch (within the number of guest told) even cutlet, mutton and sweet were short supplied. Guests were waiting for food to serve.Not worth. They spoils the name.
