Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kufri, Shimla

My stay was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff, including Neha, were warm and accommodating, and the rest of the team was equally impressive. The room was tidy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a restful visit. Service was top-notch, with polite and attentive personnel throughout. All in all, it was an enjoyable and unforgettable stay, and I would gladly return. Strongly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Lemon Tree Keys Hotel. The staff were outstanding, particularly the travel desk team. Mr. Naveen Kumar was very helpful and well-informed; he guided us around and gave excellent suggestions that truly enhanced our holiday experience. I would definitely recommend his assistance. Additionally, the hotel's food was excellent, with the chef preparing some fantastic dishes tailored to our requests.

Definitely not what I expected from Lemontree. The staff seemed indifferent to guests. I requested the front desk and the manager to replenish body lotion and body wash, but they ignored me.

I was deceived with the balcony room since there was a construction site right in front of it. The construction noise continued late into the night.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my visit. I stayed here while working remotely. The experience was mostly enjoyable, though the internet connection was poor. Apart from that, it's a nice place for a luxurious stay. The room offers a beautiful mountain view, though there is no balcony, just a window. The food served is delicious and flavorful.
