Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kufri, Shimla

Tejal and Akashdeep provided outstanding hosting 🙏🙏👌👌 with excellent service and amazing hospitality

I had a wonderful experience at Keys Select by Lemon Tree, Kufri. The hotel is very well run under the guidance of Mr. Parminder Singh (General Manager). The food and beverage team, led by Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Tarun, delivered excellent service. The meals were tasty throughout our visit, and both the restaurant and room service went beyond what we expected. The housekeeping staff deserves special praise—this is among the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. Many thanks to Tejal from the Front Office for ensuring our check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. Special thanks to Tarun, Neha, Tejal, Dilpreet, and the F&B trainee Sardar Ji for their kind hospitality and commitment. Their hard work made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and am eager to return!

My stay was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff, including Neha, were warm and accommodating, and the rest of the team was equally impressive. The room was tidy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a restful visit. Service was top-notch, with polite and attentive personnel throughout. All in all, it was an enjoyable and unforgettable stay, and I would gladly return. Strongly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Lemon Tree Keys Hotel. The staff were outstanding, particularly the travel desk team. Mr. Naveen Kumar was very helpful and well-informed; he guided us around and gave excellent suggestions that truly enhanced our holiday experience. I would definitely recommend his assistance. Additionally, the hotel's food was excellent, with the chef preparing some fantastic dishes tailored to our requests.

Definitely not what I expected from Lemontree. The staff seemed indifferent to guests. I requested the front desk and the manager to replenish body lotion and body wash, but they ignored me.
