Worst ever stay in my life, I have been to many hotels in my life. The worst ever experience, and my family.The commode broke, and my son started getting scared after that. It was the worst experience that I had in my life there. I was with my wife and my son, and they felt the same thing. It was not the same thing that was promised. The pictures looked really nice, the views, the reels, the TikTok, everything was really nice, but the entire show was a marketing gimmick.One thing I have to say is that the staff made it up for all of that. The staff was really putting in 200% effort, particularly ***, particularly ***, and ***, the assistant manager. They were all putting in real effort to make the stay better for us, even though it was the most demonic experience that we had. They were trying to make up for the problem that the owner is failing to actually manage the property, maintain the property, and put in all fake pictures instead of the real thing.What I would like to say is that the staff really, really outdid their normal duty, and they tried to do more to actually from us a better review. I'm still going to say the staff actually really did a good job, but the property is a waste of money. It's an old property, and it's a ruined property. Everything there is not maintained properly. It's not clean, and it stinks. The room stinks, and the bathroom stinks.The commode actually broke while we were sitting in it, and it would have been a real deadly issue if it had actually hurt any of us. The staff managed to give us another room and bathroom access and all that, but still, that whole experience actually destroyed our family holiday there. I would not recommend anyone going into that property, but the staff really need appreciation there.
