Baljees Regency

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Baljees. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and made the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to explore nearby places. Food quality was good and service was prompt. Overall, a great experience with good hospitality and value for money. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and would love to visit again.

Property is not well managed at all by the owners. Staff were helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained . A special thanks to Neha at the reception for her warm welcome and support throughout my stay .Can add more variety in breakfast which can be helpful , but its value for money .

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Baljees Regency. Major issue is that the hotel has very long stairs and no convenient accessibility, making it very difficult for children and senior citizens to move around. The service was extremely slow and poor throughout my stay. Even simple requests took a very long time to be addressed.When we raised a complaint about the delay in service, the staff behaved very rudely instead of trying to resolve the issue. The hospitality and professionalism were clearly lacking.The food quality was also very bad and not at all up to the mark. On top of that, the bedsheets had a foul smell which made the stay even more uncomfortable.Another frustrating part was that the hotel staff kept trying to charge extra for almost everything, which felt very unreasonable.Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend staying here.
