A bit old as property but great value for money with parking as well. Recommended.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at Baljees Shimla. I booked a room through their website, and due to some glitch, it got booked for the same day instead of the future date I intended. Unfortunately, I missed noticing that at the time. But when I reached the hotel and explained the situation, they flat-out refused to adjust the dates. Fine, I get it every hotel has policies, and maybe it was partly our mistake for not double-checking the date.But what followed was absolutely unacceptable. I requested to at least see the available room so I could make a new booking, and the receptionist who was outright rude and arrogant showed us a pathetic room and said that’s all they had. No courtesy, no basic professionalism. On top of that, when I asked if we could at least avail the breakfast that was included in our original booking, he rudely denied that too.The whole experience was infuriating. I walked out immediately because I refuse to let someone’s horrible attitude ruin my trip. If you’re running a hospitality business, at least learn how to treat your customers.

His outstanding performance and genuine helpfulness truly made a significant difference during our stay. truly impressed us was Mr. Sandeep's willingness to help a lot. He wasn't just doing his job well; he was actively looking for ways to assist us, anticipating our needs and providing solutions before we even had to ask.
