The location of the hotel is not good.The approach road to the hotel has a very steep climb and the hotel does not provide any pick n drop service .

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent booking at The Silver Line Hotel, which turned out to be an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.Firstly, I would like to highlight that I did not even proceed with the stay, yet I was marked as “checked in” without my knowledge or consent. This is highly concerning and unprofessional. Despite repeatedly requesting the hotel staff to address the issue, no proper resolution was provided. Instead, the booking was simply processed through Agoda without taking my concerns into account.Additionally, upon visiting the property, I found that the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell and were in poor condition. They looked nothing like the photos displayed online, which is misleading for customers making bookings based on those images. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not maintained, which is unacceptable for any hospitality service.This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly believe that platforms like Agoda should ensure that listed properties maintain accurate, updated images and adhere to basic cleanliness and service standards.Given the circumstances — being checked in without consent, poor hygiene, and misrepresentation of the property — I request a full refund for this booking.I hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during our family holidays. One of the biggest highlights is its **excellent location near Mall Road**, which made sightseeing and evening walks very convenient. The availability of **car parking** was another major plus, especially while traveling with family.The **staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help**, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The room was comfortable and met our expectations, though **housekeeping could be improved** in terms of attention to detail.Overall, it’s a **good choice for a family stay** thanks to the location, parking facility, and warm hospitality. With a bit of improvement in housekeeping, it could be an even better experience.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Silverine. The room was exactly as described’clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, courteous, and always helpful, which made the experience even better.The hotel interiors are tastefully done, and the valley view from the property is really nice. One of the biggest advantages is its location’it’s walkable to Mall Road, which is extremely convenient. Plus, the hotel provides parking, which is quite rare in Shimla and a huge plus.Overall, an excellent place to stay if you want comfort, good views, and easy access to Mall Road.
