The hotel is so good for not just for its comfort and location, but for the humanity and care shown by the staff. During my uncle-anty stay,they faced an unexpected medical emergency, and the hotel team went far beyond their duties to help us.They immediately guided us, arranged assistance, and ensured we were safe and comfortable during a very stressful time. Their calm behavior, quick response, and genuine concern made a huge difference for us. It felt less like a hotel and more like being supported by family.The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff’s kindness and empathy truly set this place apart. I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a strong damp smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean and had visible old stains, which was very disappointing.The hotel entrance has many stairs which makes it unsuitable for senior citizens or for anyone having mobility issues.

Notice for Sterling holiday members community. It’s not a Sterling own property and Sterling allocated Guest room in this hotel are very small tiny rooms roughly 10 x10 feets mostly without any windows. Thankfully resort owner upgraded us to a better room. Shame on Sterling to not giving enough informations. But What else can you expect from them other than cheating!!Just hotel guys saved us this time by slight upgrade but not this Sterling company to whom I paid once my whole year salary for membership committing to lifelong free 1 week vacation . Now I hv to pay every year a hefty annual fee plus high per day charge in name of Amenity charge, and then this kind of pigeon hole rooms.Hotel location is good. Service very good. Some stairs so not ok for 65 plus!

We booked Sterling Legacy Hotel at Mall Road, Shimla, assuming it would be close to the main market and convenient for our baby. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.We reserved a large family room and paid nearly ’7,000 per night without breakfast, considering we were a group of 4’5 guests. However, the hotel did not provide basic facilities, especially related to food. We arrived around 3:30 PM and expected to have lunch at the hotel, but despite selecting 3’4 items from the menu, we were informed that none of them were available. When we asked for tandoor options, the response was that the chef would decide, as they were short-staffed ’ clearly indicating that proper staff was not available.Even basic requests were handled poorly. It took 45 minutes just to receive cutlery. When we requested ice cubes for a drink, the ice delivered was unhygienic ’ there were hair strands and other particles frozen inside. We immediately returned it.Overall, the experience was completely opposite to the reviews, images, and comments available online. The hotel quality, service, and hygiene were far below expectations, and it was not worth the price we paid.

Reasonable price, good location. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Safe for family, children. Best and beautiful view of sunset. Reach any place in mall road by walk. Close to jhaku temple cable car
