The view from the property was beautiful, and the rooms were decent and comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience with the food and service was extremely disappointing.We ordered chilli potato and mixed pakoras as snacks, expecting them to be hot and properly cooked. However, both items were cold and seemed undercooked, so we couldn't eat them. After we complained, the staff served sandwiches and pakoras instead. The sandwiches were burnt and tasteless, while the pakoras were again cold and appeared undercooked, as if they had just been taken out of a fridge.When we requested the hotel to arrange food from outside, even offering to pay extra charges, they refused. Later, when dinner was served, the dal was undercooked and the vegetable curry lacked taste. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor.Even basic facilities were lacking. When we asked for ice, we were given only four ice cubes and informed that no more were available. There wasn't even properly chilled drinking water available.Another issue was the extremely slow service. If you plan to order food here, be prepared to place your order 3–4 hours in advance because that's how long it seemed to take for anything to arrive.Overall, while the location, view, and rooms were good, the food quality and service were among the worst we have experienced. If you're planning to stay here, consider carrying your own snacks, drinking water, and even making alternate arrangements for meals.

14/06/2026 - AVOID PLANNING: Honestly, if you intend to visit, save yourself trouble by bringing your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food they offer isn’t really food; it feels like a bad joke on hungry guests. I promise, it’s the worst meal I’ve ever experienced — and that’s saying a lot. The room and view are nice though.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location, offering scenic views of both mountains and pine trees from the rooms. The rooms are newly constructed and come fully equipped. However, the food is a downside; there are limited options and the cooking quality is not good. Apart from the food, everything else is fantastic. Additionally, be aware that there is about a 2 km off-road stretch before reaching the property, so drive carefully.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I strongly suggest it to others. The rooms were tidy, spotless, and attractively decorated with stunning interiors and lovely views. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and supportive during my visit. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were tasty, fresh, and prepared with good hygiene. Note that the hotel is situated about 1.5 km from the main road, and the access road is currently quite rough. Overall, even with the rough road, the outstanding service, comfort, and food made the stay completely worthwhile. An absolutely wonderful experience!
