Hotel Midtown Malhotras

The property's location is a plus, as it's conveniently close to the Ridge. However, the rooms are on the smaller side. There's enough space to move around comfortably, but not enough to keep your luggage open without it feeling cramped.For the price, I expected a bit more. The facilities were fairly basic and didn't really stand out. One downside was that no food was available on the property, so we had to order from outside. That's understandable if there's no kitchen, but it would have been a much nicer experience if the staff had at least served the food on plates and provided proper cups instead of handing everything over in plastic bags.It's the small details and thoughtful touches that make a property memorable and set it apart from the competition. Overall, the stay was just average - not bad, but nothing that would make me want to return.

Rooms are nice and clean

They take care of all arrangements such as cabs and rented bikes, and the manager, Arun Sharma, is very kind.

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and supportive.
