Wonderful experience with delicious food

During my stay from July 31 to August 2, 2026, the property is definitely in a beautiful location and well kept. However, the client service leaves much to be desired. The staff, who should be trained for the hotel industry, could learn from the guards on site, as I found the guards more helpful in resolving an issue rather than just deflecting the request. Regarding room service, I called six times over 1.5 hours requesting water, and no one came despite assurances they were on the way. When I raised the issue, the response was that the stock might have run out. It would have been better to inform the guest and ask them to wait. At the restaurant, if you ask any question or make a request, be prepared to be told to use your common sense by someone named Deepak, who seems to be a manager. It seems their training is focused on giving dismissive answers rather than proper responses. The service is far from what you'd expect from a reputed brand. It's disappointing to see a team damaging the reputation of a great brand. I hope this feedback helps the property's management and the overall brand to reconsider their approach or learn from the helpful guards who assisted me.

I stayed at Club Mahindra Kandaghat from July 25th to 27th, 2026, and unfortunately, the check-in process was disappointing once more. This was my second time at the resort, and I encountered the same problem as before. During my previous visit, I waited nearly two hours to check in. This time, the wait was shorter, about 40 minutes, but still unacceptable given the recurring nature of the issue. The delay was so frustrating that I had a heated conversation with the resort manager about the poor crowd management. I also took photos and videos of the reception area, which was so crowded and badly managed that it looked more like a busy government office than a high-end holiday resort. Club Mahindra is reputed for quality vacations, but these repeated operational problems seriously hurt the guest experience. I hope the management fixes the check-in inefficiencies and improves staffing and guest handling so future guests don’t face the same inconvenience.

The property is well kept and situated in a great location, with polite staff and good quality food.

The room and property were clean, but not worth the price we paid. Another problem was that when we arrived in Urbania, the staff initially did not allow parking inside. After some discussion, it was permitted, but there was no washroom available for the drivers. While we don't expect a separate room for them, a common washroom should be provided for drivers at such properties.
