"To the amazing Housekeeping team,I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Gurmeet our Room Attendant. They not only ensured our room was immaculately clean but also went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

Was Very excited when entered the property but series of action unfolded which led to a 3 star rating.Good Things first:1. Amazing location2. Beautifully build hotel3. Spacious and comfortable rooms4. Great amenities, toiletries.5. Great food options and amazing taste6. Lovely people in the restaurant.7. Good facilities shown online8. Warmth in hospitality.9. Sky bar server, drinks and food were nice.10. Vanita from Kaya was amazing, great hospitality and great local suggestions.11. Room was decorated for birthday celebration.12. Managers were taking round to ensure smooth ops, but during weekends only presence was felt, no action/efforts could be seen.Improvement required:1. Gaming room shuts at 6 pm, that’s when people are back to the hotel. Facility of no use then.2. Pool table and Air hockey are chargeable, no mention of charges during booking or online.3. Quality of table tennis racquet not maintained.4. Asked for heated pool, told till it will take 1.5 days to get heated. Could not use at all.5. Wanted to utilise Spa services, both days spa team was not available. Could not utilise the facility. Spa extension no one takes call. When called at front desk they say team is not coming. Frustrating.6. The day hotel was fully occupied, food quality, taste of tea , all went down. Didn’t mind the waiting but should have maintained the quality of food. Tea became milky, uttapam became salty.7. Coconut chutney made from powdered dedicated coconut, not good in taste.8. Ordered dinner via IRD, both pasta super spicy. Despite escalating, reply was- it is made like this only.9. Front office staff was robotic in conversation, was asked during check out ’how was the stay’ to which I replied- could have been better. No response after that.10. Wanted to dine at the revolving restaurant, was closed before 10 pm on day 1 and rest of the days it had some technical fault.11. Despite escalating the above issues during check out at front desk, no senior manager or accountable employee came to discuss. The reply was - sorry sir, will highlight to the management.Had high hopes during booking and first day of the stay. After that the services and facilities were not enjoyable. Not expected from a property charging 10k a night.

We just returned from an incredible 1-night stay at DEVENTURE Shimla Hills, and it exceeded every expectation. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with modern amenities ’ we had a Duplex Room that felt like home away from home.The views from our balcony were breathtaking, overlooking lush green trees and rolling hills that made waking up feel magical.Dining at the restaurant was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and diverse, from authentic Indian curries to international grills ’ we especially loved the breakfast buffet.The facilities stole the show for our family.The swimming pool was pristine and refreshing, perfect for lazy afternoons. Kids adored the dedicated play zone with slides, games, and safe supervision. Evenings came alive under the stars, followed by dancing at the in-house disco ’ great music and vibe!Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped gymnasium, and the sky bar offered stunning panoramic views with craft cocktails as the sun set.Surrounded by vibrant green trees everywhere, the property felt like a serene oasis.Highly recommend for families, couples, or solo travelers. We'll be back soon!

Perfect hotel, right before Shimla. Very well located with a lot of amenities. The property is great, it even snowed here which was never the case! We loved our stay, the rooms are great and the food as well. The staff is amazing and really helpful! Special thanks to Vanita who made our stay even better.They decorated the room and got a cake for my husband’s birthday too!
