There were no facilities in the room; only a bed and a TV were provided. Glasses and water were provided only after asking multiple times.
I had booked a room in advance for two days at a cost of approximately 7,000. The room was very small, and the bed size was also inadequate. Only one water bottle was provided per day; any additional bottles were charged at double the price.The location of Hotel Windsor is inconvenient, requiring guests to either climb down or up nearly 100 steps in both directions. There is no proper parking facility; the car has to be parked at a considerable distance, at unsafe place and even then, extra charges apply.During checkout, it was raining, and despite requesting an umbrella, none was provided. We also had to carry our luggage ourselves over a long distance and via stairs while check in.Overall, it was a poor experience, and I would not recommend booking this hotel.
