One of the best finds in hotels and food in Shimla...hotel is amazing, build nicely, staff is very cooperative.I thing which I personally LOVED about them is FOOD. If you are from New Delhi, then you'll know it.They also have basket ball area, gym, table tennis, dart board, carom and play area for kids.100% recommended.

Having stayed here in April 2026, I found the resort to be a well-maintained property that excels in service and comfort.Accommodations & Service: The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed. A thoughtful touch was the availability of heaters on demand, which made the cooler April evenings very comfortable. The highlight of the stay, however, was the staff. The team is professional, highly cooperative, and consistently goes out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome.Dining: The culinary experience was impressive. The food quality was consistently high, offering a variety of flavors that were both fresh and well-prepared.Location & Accessibility : While the resort itself is a haven, there are a few logistical considerations for future travelers. The approach road to the property is quite steep and narrow, which can be a bit daunting for those not accustomed to mountain driving. Additionally, the resort is somewhat isolated; there are no local markets or walking trails in the immediate vicinity. After 5:00 PM, options for exploring the surroundings are limited, making it more suited for those who prefer to relax within the resort premises in the evenings.Shimla Havens Resort is an excellent choice if you prioritize high-quality service, cleanliness, and a quiet atmosphere. Just be prepared for a bit of a climb to get there and plan for quiet evenings on-site.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist [Rahul sharma] and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner[Dev Raj ji]. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the December.....ok Rahul ji visit again

We had such a lovely stay at Shimla Havens Resort. We came with a group of 21 ladies, all the way from the Netherlands, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. They are genuinely kind and always ready to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.Everyone in our group enjoyed the food, the peaceful surroundings and especially the one evening bonfire, which made the experience even more memorable.The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day.A special thank you to the GM, Mr. Bhanu, for taking such great care of all our needs and making sure everything ran smoothly for our group.We truly had a wonderful time here and will definitely be coming back later this year.
