Food is good, though a bit pricey.Amenities are limited’there is no pool or gym, indoor games are few and often occupied, and there are limited walking trails or outdoor activities within the resort. Paid nature walks and activities are available.Overall, a good choice for those seeking tranquility and breathtaking mountain views, but less ideal if you're looking for a resort packed with recreational activities.

The resort offers a complete holiday package for families, couples, and children alike, with plenty of activities and beautiful surroundings to keep everyone engaged.A special mention to the Happy Hub, which serves as a one-stop destination for guest entertainment across all age groups. The team did a fantastic job in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Digvijay and Mr. Mridul for organizing a seamless excursion and a wonderful picnic experience on a secluded hilltop, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip.The food quality was excellent, with a good spread across multiple cuisines and well-managed live counters that added great value to the dining experience.Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient. A special thanks to Vanshul for his quick response and assistance with all our room-related requests.As a suggestion for improvement, the front office experience could benefit from some uplift, particularly in handling guest requests. Greater attentiveness and faster action on guest concerns would further enhance the overall experience.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks to families looking for a relaxing and activity-filled vacation amidst the scenic beauty of Naldehra.

The location of the hotel, views from the room, property is great. You are away from hustle and bustle of the city and in a call senere environment.The food in the restuarant was good. Nothing outstanding though.Overall we found staff to be ok ok. You don't get the woww hospitality as such.Would definately suggest others to stay. You will love the location and views.

Nestled amidst lush pine forests and scenic mountains, the resort offers a perfect blend of peace, luxury, and natural beauty. The moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a quiet Himalayan dream painted with clouds and fresh mountain air.The view from the resort was simply breathtaking. Every morning started with mesmerizing valley views, cool breezes, and the calming sound of nature all around. Watching the mist slowly roll over the hills from the balcony was one of the most beautiful experiences of the trip. ’The hospitality was exceptional. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From housekeeping to restaurant service, everything was well managed and comfortable. Many guests also appreciate the resort’s peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We stayed at pristine peaks for 3 days and 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay with exquisite views. The himalayan ranges are also visible from the peak. It is a good place for people who want to have a relaxing vacation. If the vacation is planned to tour around shimla and other activities in Shimla, the resort is quite far from other points.Pristine peaks has a vast variety in their menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a spa, garden, happy hub, other activities like trecking and yoga. The rooms were really nice with very humble and attentive staff to help you around. Just carry a room freshner to put in the bathroom as they save water by recycling it in the flush which smells bad.
