If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had.We had booked a room for three adults, expecting a proper extra bed or at least a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Instead, the hotel simply placed an old, worn-out, foul-smelling mattress with a shabby rug on the floor beside the main bed. It was unhygienic, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable for paying guests. In the end, all three of us had to squeeze onto the main bed because the mattress provided was impossible to sleep on.The staff were equally disappointing. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy in their interactions with guests. Customer service was far below what one would expect from a hotel in a popular tourist destination like Shimla.The following morning, although breakfast wasn't included in our package, we ordered from the hotel's menu. It took nearly 2 to 2.5 hours for the food to arrive despite repeated follow-ups. To make matters worse, the final bill included charges that were not clearly mentioned on the menu, which was both surprising and frustrating.The room itself was located in the basement, making it feel stuffy, poorly ventilated, and claustrophobic. The centrally heated water was only lukewarm despite the cold weather, and no extra blankets were provided even after we requested them.Overall, the poor sleeping arrangements, rude staff, delayed service, lack of transparency in billing, and inadequate facilities made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not choose to stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating during our time there. We especially appreciate Tushar for his courteous and professional attitude. He ensured we felt at ease and was always respectful and helpful. Many thanks for the exceptional hospitality!

The stay was enjoyable.

Superb hotel with one of the best services we got in himachal. We stayed there for 2 days in may 2026. Rooms were spacious and clean with a valley view. Food was also delicious with desert offcourse. All the staff was well trained and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in shimla.
