Very disappointing stay. The hotel service was poor and basic amenities were missing. They did not provide a toothbrush or complimentary drinking water. The furniture in the room was broken and poorly maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. I would not recommend staying here.

The stay was quite disappointing. The hotel service was lacking, and essential amenities were absent. They failed to supply a toothbrush or free drinking water. The room's furniture was damaged and not well kept, causing discomfort. The staff was not very cooperative in addressing these problems. Overall, the hotel requires major upgrades in cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service. I would advise against staying here.
