Exceptional hospitality. Very calm and serene location. Buffet dinner and breakfast was tasty and had loads of variety.
Mr. Dileep is the standout person at this hotel, along with Gaurav in the club lounge. Our time at Taj Theog started with some difficulties, mainly related to the room's features that are part of the property itself. While these issues were understandably annoying, what really shows a luxury hotel's quality is not the problems themselves but how the staff handles them. This is where Mr. Dilip Saini made a huge difference in our experience. From the moment he learned about our concerns, he took full responsibility for our stay. He was always available, attentive, proactive, and sincerely committed to ensuring we had the best experience possible. He never treated us like just another room number or complaint but with warmth, honesty, and exceptional care. Although we decided not to change rooms in the end, he personally spent a lot of time showing us several villas so we could decide wisely. There was no pressure or hurry, only a true wish to make sure we felt comfortable. The small acts also made a big impact. Knowing I like running, he personally suggested and showed me a lovely running path around the property, making sure it was safe and pleasant. During our stay, he checked on us during our spa and jacuzzi time, at the Club Lounge, and at different spots on the property, always ensuring everything was fine. His attention to detail and dedication to guest happiness were outstanding. What impressed us even more was that he had only been at Taj Theog for about nine or ten days. If we hadn't known, we would have thought he had been managing the place for years. His confidence, professionalism, resort knowledge, and smooth teamwork were impressive. We also want to thank Ankit and Gaurav from the Club Lounge. They both helped make our stay special and showed the warmth and hospitality Taj is famous for. We've stayed at many luxury hotels in India and abroad, and it's rare to meet someone who leaves such a strong positive impression. Mr. Dilip Saini represents everything Taj hospitality should be. He is a great asset to the hotel, and we hope his hard work is recognized. Thanks to Dilip, Ankit, and Gaurav for turning what might have been an ordinary stay into one we will remember fondly. We look forward to coming back.
