I liked:Very comfortable bed.Bed had socket & light which workedElevatorOutdoor spaces to relaxLocation (very convenient for buses and for the lift to the mall)Good price. Water refill stations.I didn't try it, but there's a cafe on site and the prices are reasonable. I didn't really like:Lockers didn't have keys and had rubbish in them Cleanliness was poor - bathroom floor wasn't cleaned in my 3 night stay; I'm unconvinced my bed was clean as there were crumbs and hair in the sheets (but i didn't complain, I'm sure they would have replaced the sheets); lack of attention to cleanliness & maintenance means things are getting shabby despite look like they're not old. In the girls dorm the only mirror is in the bathroom as the space where it looks like one used to be in the room is just a hole. Waiting so long for a staff member to turn up so we could check in (order guests were waiting too, we called the number given in reception but the phone had been left there under the desk)Male staff bringing in potential guests to the room late at night just opened the door without knocking & switched the light on and started taking at full volume, on more than one occasion.

Please assign Bed Number to the guest at the time of check in. It is your responsibility to assign Bed Number and not guest's responsibility to figure out which bed is vacant. What's the point of putting bed number on each bed if you don't give a bed Number to the guest at the time of check in? Also, out atleast curtains on the side of the beds. It should not cost much to install simple curtains with each bed
