My stay at this hotel was awful. They don't give you the room you reserved and expect you to pay more to get it. I strongly advise against booking here or to cancel if you already have. The rooms are tiny, and the owner and staff act terribly—they frequently break their promises.

Ham 3 raat yahan rukey, is hotel ko 3 star rating dekh kar par yahan ke kamre bahut chhote hain. Yahan rukne wale log smoking karte hain jiska smell kamre mein aata hai. Humne hotel ke saath gadi bhi Ertiga book ki thi Shimla ghoomne ke liye, pura package diya tha jisme breakfast aur deluxe room ki baat ki thi, aur 2 din ki Ertiga. Hotel ne standard room diya aur breakfast hata diya, aur gadi 4 seater hi di. Staff aur owner ka vyavhaar bahut bekar hai, apni baat se palat jaate hain. Is hotel ko book mat karo, nahi to pachtayoge. Aur Shimla ghoomne ke liye inse gadi book mat karna.

I stayed for 2 days with my young kids location is superb everything is within reach ..you can walk to mall road jaku temple and museum as well. The owner is so kind and supportive that I felt like home in other city..

Stayed here for 3 days and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location was convenient, and most facilities met expectations. There is some room for improvement in a few areas, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.
