Terrible service, I would never stay at this hotel again; it was a complete waste of money.

Place is actually in the Ram bazar which is very narrow street. You will feel it is like some shady place . The service is very pathetic and they don't know how to serve customers. No water bottle was provided , even you have to ask multiple times to get one thing. No way to connect to helpdesk. They don't have good kitchen . Room was kind of small considering super deluxe, bedsheets were not clean. Only 1 towel was provided while I had done booking for 3 persons. I had a poor experience and don't recommend this property.

Beautiful view and comfortable rooms

I mean it was quite good like for a busy street market this price is good i had some paper work to do so I wanted a hotel that is affordable and i finally got my hands on this. In review people are saying that things were not good but in my case i would say I found everything quite good rooms were like average but what you would expect a hotel room in a busy mall road to give you services like delux ones I mean I know people would say that they are paying but exactly that's the point for a hotel that seems quite luxurious the amount you pay for it goes around 14000 per night where as if your paying 2-4k for this hotel it is the best option to have and there was nothing bad about this hotel I had a great time here service and reception was quite good.I would recommend you to go for this hotel if you're not a fan of quite luxurious hotel cz that would cost you a lot and on other hand if you want and seek a place to relax and normally enjoy this hotel is best in price I mean it's affordable than others.
